Thank you. Water ran luke warm from the bath and showers but otherwise it was fantastic! Room was well-appointed, and kept up to date when items used, cleaned well.

Generally, the standard of food supplied was below what I expected from a higher quality hotel.

Some of the staff would be well served to have more training in their roles, particularly in terms of addressing guests, and responding to requests.

Re3laxing and comfortable. Quality of facility, selection of eateries, casino for atmosphere and use if desired, outside bar area.

Very pleasant quiet location. Lovely big room which was very comfortable. We were lucky to see the Todd River flowing. I think if it was possible, to have the Samphire Restaurant open for dinner more nights.

Unfortunately the four nights we stayed were the four it was closed. Sukra was a good option. Had a great stay, room was brilliant, and had no problems with the staff, a great place to stay.

We found the Hotel extremely welcoming, facilities were first class and the convenience of having the town etc close by suited our purpose.

We would certainly recommend it to anyone going to Alice Springs. We quite enjoyed our meal at the Sukra restaurant here.

The location beside the Todd River a nice walk downtown and fairly near to the golf course was good for us.

The hotel has definitely seen better days, and is in need of refurbishment. Having lived in Alice the trip was to catch up with old friends after being away for 10 years and see what changes have happened.

Casino is good- In Alice on business found it to be a plesant stay. Bigger varitey of basic meals would be nice. Australia hotels.
